We have set 25 sales service centers around our country, responsible for the pre-sale, sale, after-sale services. At the same time, we also set up 4 part supply centers in order to shorten the supply time of part , and guarantee our service in time. There are above 100 salespeople right here ready to serve you whole-heartedly.
1)Pre-sales Service ：
（1）Introduce the present state of our company and our products to our customers；
（2）Analyze the problems and help our customers to solve them；
（3）Lead customers to choose the right products。
2)Sales Service：
（1） Follow up all contracts, and responsible for the organization of related apartments to analyze and judge the contracts；
（2） Responsible for solve the problem caused by ambiguous contracts and problems which need negotiations；
（3）Follow up the manufacturing and dispacthing of the products and follow up the production of outsourced parts according to the constracts；
（4）Provide the technical parameter and the drawing paper to the customers.
3)After-sales Service ：
（1）According to the contracts to help our customers install and test the equipments；
（2）Arrange the training plan in accordance with customers’ requirements and lead our customers           use and operate the equipments smoothly；
（3）Responsible for receive and handle customers complaint about products’ quality and our           services；
（4） Set up part supply center, there are 4 centers around the country to ensure prompt delivery；
（5）Carry out dynamic management and follow up service conditions without day during           maintenance period；
（6）Responsible for repair and replacement during maintenance period in case of quality           problems；
（7）Ensure that there are service people in all our agencies so that we can allocate our staffs and           provide service in time；
（8）Responsible for training service people and improve their comprehensive qualities。
（9）Reply our customers’ demand and send service people out to handle the problems within 12           hours. And if its easily accessible, we’ll be there no more than 8 hours. 。
